
Spring Yin Yoga

Join us for a 90 min Yin Yoga class focusing on postures that compliment the Spring Season.
This passive floor based practice uses props to support the body in the poses which are are held for around 5 minutes.
Yin Yoga is also an internal practice – when we are quiet, we have space to think, contemplate and explore.
A perfect opportunity to Spring Clean your mind and body!
Some yoga experience is recommended.
