To ensure our space remains safe, comfortable and healthy and to protect the health and safety of our students and teachers against COVID-19, we have made some changes and politely ask all students to adhere to the requirements below when visiting the studio:


  • Book your class in advance to ensure you have a space
  • Bring your own yoga/pilates mat and hand towel
  • Bring your own water bottle
  • Cancel your space within 2 hours if you are not able to attend
  • Do not come if you or anyone in your household are suffering with any COVID-19 related symptoms such as high temperature, a new and/or continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Upon Arrival:

  • Come ready for class
  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the class start-time
  • Clean your hands with the sanitiser provided directly outside the studio before entering
  • Roll your mat into marked spaces and BREATHE!
  • Additional safety measures:
  • Sanitise/wash hands upon arrival and exit
  • Regular hand washing/hand sanitising (teachers and students)
  • Sanitise hands before and after using the toilet
  • Touch points, surfaces and toilet cleaned between classes
  • Fresh air circulation – studio windows will be opened approporiately to the weather
  • Students and teachers to use their own mat
