Monthly Restorative Yoga

Join us at the end of your week on Friday 26th January, 7pm to 8.30pm
Enjoy this practice in candlelight and soft music. Restorative Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that allows the body to own at its own pace.
Using props for support, you will hold the poses for a minimum of five to ten minutes, without effort or force.
This will allow your body to relax deeply while the mind rests. Leaving you with an expanded awareness of your body’s unique holding patterns.
