Morning – Yoga with Ayurvedic Workshop
Afternoon – Qi Gong, Spring Yin Yoga with Sound Healing.
Pop Up shop 1pm – 2pm with Albion Designs (handmade, contemporary, beaded Oil Diffusing jewellery find her on Facebook @albion_design)
Tea, coffee etc will be provided but bring your own lunch.
