Tanya and Elizabeth (Reiki Master) invite you to join them in this unique and nurturing session of Restorative Yoga with Reiki Healing.

We will be combing the experience of the gentle, therapeutic practice of Restorative Yoga with the healing power of Reiki

Restorative Yoga allows the body to open at its own pace, using props for support, we hold poses for around without effort or force.  This allows the body to relax deeply while the mind rests.

Reiki Healing is a specific healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.  The hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body.

Come and experience this unique practice, where you just stop, pause and reset.

This is the perfect session if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, not sleeping too well, anxious or in need of some time out.
