Restorative (Yin) Yoga with Sound Therapy
Due to popular demand Siobhan and Tanya are delighted to announce they will be hosting their second Restorative Yoga class with Sound on;
Thursday 12th September – 7.15pm to 8.45pm
Join Tanya Main (Yoga Teacher) and Siobhan Elliot (Sound Therapist) to take your Restorative Yoga practice to another level.
The Yoga-Lounge is excited to collaborate with Siobhan offering a 90 minute experience of combining restorative, passive and supported postures with ‘Sound’
Siobhan will use her voice, singing bowls, gongs and chimes as she weaves a layer of meditative healing sound into our Restorative Yoga Practice
Not only will the yoga postures help us learn to relax and rest deeply & completely, we will have the opportunity to invoke an even deeper sense of relaxation through a range of sound, whose vibrations will be assimilated by the body
The practice as a whole, will assist to calm the nervous system and let the body and mind find its natural balance

** Sound Baths are not recommended if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy or have had a bone fracture in the last 6 weeks.
