Join Yoga-Lounge Pilates Teacher, Anne Bland for a morning of Pilates packed with information to support the health and care of your back.
During this interactive workshop you will learn about the anatomy of the spine, the muscles that support the back, what causes back pain and how it can effect you mood, understanding the difference between good and bad pain and how to integrate pilates exercises to benefit your back.
You will also have the opportunity for some relaxation to enhance your overall wellbeing.
Anne has a wealth of personal knowledge of how pilates can help to overcome some back issues;
