Mindfulness for Well-being Taster Session

The Yoga-Lounge invites you to a complete holistic mind-body experience, giving you an opportunity to try out Mindfulness for your own well being regime.
Mindfulness is a meditative practice to bring awareness to your body, feelings and thoughts in the present moment. It brings about changes in the brain, which, in turn, helps us to navigate life in a more balanced manner.
